Life Line [ENG]

An open-air exhibition of sculptures and installations by Ukrainian and foreign artists, “Life Line” opened in Sofiyivska Square in Kyiv, organized by the NGO “International Institute of Cultural Diplomacy”, as part of the International Outdoor Sculpture Biennale 2024.

“We live ‘on the line of life’ — on the thin line between yesterday and today, war and peace, survival and development, destruction and creation, burnout and restoration, despair and hope,” the organizers note. So this year's exhibition touches on a wide range of existential moments, focusing on the new experiences of Ukrainians living in the epicenter of war events.

The exhibition will run from August 13 to October 15, 2024.

Лінія життя [UKR]

На території Софії Київської за організації ГО «Міжнародний інститут культурної дипломатії» відкрилась open air експозиція скульптур та інсталяцій українських та іноземних авторів “Лінія життя” у межах Міжнародної бієнале «Скульптура просто неба – 2024».

“Ми живемо “на лінії життя” — на тонкій межі між вчора та сьогодні, війною та миром, виживанням і розвитком, руйнуванням і творенням, вигоранням і відновленням, відчаєм і надією”, – зазначають організатори. Тож цьогорічна виставка торкається широкого діапазону екзистенційних моментів, концентруючись на новому досвіді українців, що живуть в епіцентрі воєнних подій.

Виставка триватиме з 13 серпня до 15 жовтня 2024 року.
